Paula’s career started as a high school teacher at Hugenote Girls High, where she taught Mathematics and furthered her teaching career at Bergvlam High School, where she taught Mathematics and Computer Science. She qualified as a psychometrist in 1990 and eventually obtained the M Ed (Specializing in counselling) to register as an Educational Psychologist in 1993. She was appointed at the Department of Education addressing all the schools in the Lowveld regarding educational difficulties. In 1993 she started a private practice doing psychotherapy and evaluating individuals regarding emotional, social, scholastic, and cognitive matters. The remedial classes at St Peter's school were started and maintained under her leadership, with occupational – and language therapists joining the team. She returned to Bergvlam High School in 2005, where she did psychotherapy and subject - and career guidance.

Since 2011, she has been doing medico-legal – and scholastic assessments.

Neliswa Dlukula joined in 2015 as an interpreter. She completed her BA (Honours) in Psychology at RAU and has obtained a diploma in pre-school teaching.

We are thus equipped to do evaluations in all South African languages, irrespective of age.
